Warranty Policy
Every Verllage bowl is covered by a 1-year limited warranty, separate from the 30-day return window.
What is covered
A material or manufacturing defect that causes the bowl to fail during normal personal use within 12 months of delivery.
What is not covered
- Damage from accident, impact, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use inconsistent with the product care instructions
- Normal wear, cutlery marks, or cosmetic changes unrelated to a defect
- Loss, or damage arising from commercial use
Remedy
After reviewing a claim, we provide a replacement or refund the purchase price. When a return is required, we pay the return shipping.

Email contact@verllage.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Please wait for instructions before returning anything.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
