PayPal payments

We accept payments through PayPal. Select PayPal at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. The payment options available for your purchase are displayed by PayPal during checkout.

Currency and payment

All prices and payments are in United States dollars (USD). Review your order total before confirming payment. Payment is collected when you place your order.

Payment security

PayPal processes your payment over an encrypted connection. Do not send payment details or your PayPal password to us by email.

Billing questions

Use your order confirmation and PayPal transaction details to identify your purchase. If you have a question about a charge, email us with your Verllage order number and the relevant PayPal transaction reference.

Refunds

Approved refunds for PayPal purchases are issued through PayPal against the original transaction. PayPal returns the funds to the original payment method, subject to its processing rules. The time for a refund to appear depends on PayPal and the bank or card issuer involved.

For return eligibility and our refund processing timeframe, see our Returns & Refunds policy. Refunds for earlier purchases made through another payment provider are returned through the original payment method.
