Delivery destinations

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in the United States that are accepted at checkout. International delivery is not available.

Shipping origin

Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every eligible United States order. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or United States public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After processing, standard transit usually takes 2–4 business days, for an overall estimate of 3–5 business days from order placement. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, because carrier and destination conditions vary.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment email with tracking details once they are available. Carriers can need additional time before the first tracking events appear.

Address changes

Please check the complete delivery address before submitting an order, and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot promise an address change once fulfillment has started.

Lost or damaged deliveries

Report a lost or damaged delivery within 48 hours. For damage, include your order number and clear photos of the bowl, the packaging, and the affected area, and keep all packaging materials while we review the claim.
