These terms govern purchases from the Verllage online store, operated by Lone Mountain 941 LLC.

Ordering

An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when the order ships. We may cancel and refund an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

Prices and payment

Prices and payments are in United States dollars (USD). We accept payment through PayPal. Payment is collected when you place your order, using the options displayed by PayPal at checkout. See our Payment Methods policy for payment and billing information.

Shipping, returns, cancellations, and warranty

Shipping, delivery estimates, returns, refunds, cancellations, and warranty service are governed by the published policies linked in the site footer, which form part of these terms.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, measurements, and images accurate. For stoneware bowls, glazes are applied with natural variation, so minor differences between the pictured and delivered surface are normal characteristics of the product.

Intellectual property

Original Verllage text and branding belong to Lone Mountain 941 LLC. Third-party product photographs, names, trademarks, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Reuse requires permission from the applicable rights holder.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
