Order Cancellations

Email contact@verllage.com as soon as you decide you no longer want an order. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout.

When cancellation is possible

We review requests promptly, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation after fulfillment has begun. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Payments and shipped orders

When a paid order is successfully canceled, any captured amount is reversed or refunded to the original payment method. If the package has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then request a return through our standard returns process.
